Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the country’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a Vivanta hotel in Nashik. Located near Dwarka Circle, the luxury property, part of a mixed-use development, is a management contract project between IHCL and Deepak Builders and Developers.

The Vivanta property will have 144 keys and will be strategically located next to the Nashik Freeway. The city’s IT zone as well as the upcoming metro station at Dwarka Circle are also close by the selected location, making it accessible to both leisure and business travellers. The dining options will include Mynt, the all-day dining restaurant along with a specialty restaurant and bar.

The property will feature one of the city’s largest banqueting halls complete with meeting rooms and open spaces for social and business gatherings. An outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and a holistic spa are also in line. Along with the Vivanta property, IHCL has also signed four hotels in Nashik; two of them are already under development.

Commenting on the agreement, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “The signing of this hotel is in line with IHCL’s vision of strengthening our presence in key markets across India. Nashik has always been an integral part of India’s religious tourism circuit and has evolved to become an important industrial centre. With this hotel, IHCL will have hotels across three of its brands in the city. We are delighted to partner with Deepak Builders and Developers for this project.”
