There are several ways of using the cold brew in a Negroni, right from infusing it into your liqueur to adding it as a wholly separate component. The sweet silkiness of the cold brew mellows some of the Negroni’s rougher edges, and the inherent chocolate notes meld beautifully with the botanicals of the Campari and sweet vermouth. It’s an elegant, slightly caffeinated take on the drink, and may even convert naysayers of Italy’s favourite three-ingredient concoction.

The cocktail is available as part of CinCin x Araku’s newly launched menu. While you watch this space for more on that, here’s a versatile cocktail for you to try out! Whether you love coffee or not, this drink is bound to keep you wide awake for all the right reasons. Give this super easy yet complex tasting recipe a whirl – and have a good Negroni week!
