Ingredients

  • 20 ml Campari
  • 20 ml Martini Fiero
  • 20 ml Sipsmith Gin
  • 2.5 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 5 cherries

Method

  • Use a Luigi Bormioli Bach Acqua Old-fashioned glass.
  • In a mixing glass, muddle 5 cherries. Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and stir well. 
  • Double strain over an ice block into the Luigi Bormioli Bach Acqua Old-fashioned glass.
  • Flambé the orange twist and stir into the drink. Garnish with a cherry.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Campari
  • 30 ml gin
  • 30 ml Sangiovese wine
  • 2 dashes of grape bitters

Method

  • Add the gin, Campari, Sangiovese wine and bitters, to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  • Garnish with grape halves.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Bombay Sapphire​
  • 30 ml Martini Rosso​
  • 30 ml Martini Fiero
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml orange juice​
  • 1 egg white (optional)​
  • Lemon twist, to garnish​

Method

  • Combine ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake hard.​
  • Strain into a large coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist​.

  • 45 ml Patron Reposado​
  • 15 ml Martini Rosso​
  • 15 ml Martini Extra Dry​
  • 15 ml Martini Fiero​
  • 10 ml Crème de Cacao​
  • 1 Dash Angostura bitters​
  • Orange twist, for garnish​

Method

  • Combine ingredients in a rocks glass, add ice and stir. Garnish with an Orange twist​.

  • 25 ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
  • 25 ml Campari
  • 25 ml sweet vermouth
  • Red berry tea
  • Dehydrated orange (optional)

Method

  • Pour the first three ingredients into a tea cup and stir. Top with hot red berry tea. 
  • Garnish with a dehydrated orange or a fresh orange slice.

  • 25 ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
  • 25 ml sweet vermouth
  • 25 ml Campari
  • Orange twist (to garnish)

Method

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add all the ingredients to the mixing glass and stir 20-25 times. 
  • Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist, studded with cloves.
