It’s International Negroni Week and here are 8 versions of the classic cocktail for you to experiment with right away!
Cherry Balsamic Negroni by Joel Scholtens Lindsay, Liquid Chef & Mixologist, The Blue Bar, Taj Palace, New Delhi

Ingredients
- 20 ml Campari
- 20 ml Martini Fiero
- 20 ml Sipsmith Gin
- 2.5 ml balsamic vinegar
- 5 cherries
Method
- Use a Luigi Bormioli Bach Acqua Old-fashioned glass.
- In a mixing glass, muddle 5 cherries. Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and stir well.
- Double strain over an ice block into the Luigi Bormioli Bach Acqua Old-fashioned glass.
- Flambé the orange twist and stir into the drink. Garnish with a cherry.
Tuscan Negroni By Chef Tarun Sibal, Chef, Entrepreneur, and Co-Owner Of Titlie, Goa

Ingredients
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml gin
- 30 ml Sangiovese wine
- 2 dashes of grape bitters
Method
- Add the gin, Campari, Sangiovese wine and bitters, to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with grape halves.
Twisted Classic Negroni Sour

Ingredients
- 30 ml Bombay Sapphire
- 30 ml Martini Rosso
- 30 ml Martini Fiero
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml orange juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Lemon twist, to garnish
Method
- Combine ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake hard.
- Strain into a large coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Twisted Classic Rosita

Ingredients
- 45 ml Patron Reposado
- 15 ml Martini Rosso
- 15 ml Martini Extra Dry
- 15 ml Martini Fiero
- 10 ml Crème de Cacao
- 1 Dash Angostura bitters
- Orange twist, for garnish
Method
- Combine ingredients in a rocks glass, add ice and stir. Garnish with an Orange twist.
Hot Negroni

Ingredients
- 25 ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
- 25 ml Campari
- 25 ml sweet vermouth
- Red berry tea
- Dehydrated orange (optional)
Method
- Pour the first three ingredients into a tea cup and stir. Top with hot red berry tea.
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange or a fresh orange slice.
Negroni – Sipsmith

Ingredients
- 25 ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
- 25 ml sweet vermouth
- 25 ml Campari
- Orange twist (to garnish)
- Cloves, to garnish (optional)
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add all the ingredients to the mixing glass and stir 20-25 times.
- Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist, studded with cloves.
Japanese Negroni – Roku

Ingredients
- 30 ml Roku Gin
- 15 ml Umeshu
- 15 ml Campari
Method
- Build in glass over a large ice cube.
- Glassware: Old Fashioned / Rocks.
- Garnish: Orange twist.
Roku Negroni

Ingredients
- 50 ml Roku Gin
- 10 ml Bitter liquor
- 10 ml Vermouth
- 10 ml Sakura cordial
Method
- Combine and stir. Garnish with an orange peel.
- Glassware: Old Fashioned / Rocks.
- Garnish: Orange peel.
