Honey and Ginger Spiced Cookies


  • 2 Eggs                    
  • 180 gms Brown sugar     
  • 130 ml Honey                
  • 200 gms Butter, salted    
  • 600 gms Refined flour      
  • 7 gms Baking powder   
  • 5 gms Ginger powder   
  • 2 gms Cinnamon powder 
  • 1 pinch
  • Lemon zest            


  • Cream butter and sugar with the help of a beater.
  • Slowly add whipped eggs, honey and all other dry ingredients.
  • Fold it carefully.
  • Rest the dough for 30-40 minutes.
  • Roll the dough and cut the desired shape of cookies.
  • Bake the cookies in a pre-heated oven at 170 degree Celsius for  12-15 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
