With Titlie’s pop-up at Rooh, New Delhi, a slice of Goa comes to Delhi this weekend starting today.

Titlie, Goa is coming to Delhi in the form of a pop-up starting today. The action is all at Rooh, New Delhi. It could not be a better fit, because both restaurants are known for their cutting-edge cuisine. In the pop-up, Chef Tarun Sibal, Entrepreneur and Co-Founder, Titlie will bring together a convergence of not just two restaurants but also an experiential melange of different flavours & cultures. At the core of the collaboration is Chef Tarun’s “gourmet casual” approach.

The three-day pop-up will see a curation of Chef Tarun’s signature Collaborative Cuisine featuring a 10-course menu (in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian variants), along with a selection of craft cocktails. Together, Titlie and Rooh have created a unique blend of international and regional flavours, ranging from Titlie’s classic Hummus with Kurkuri Bhindi, Dal Bhutta Khees, to the hearty Butter Garlic Pepper Prawns, Sambhar Puree, Pol Sombol, Cucumber ending with Coconut Kulfi, Jaggery Toffee, Passion fruit and Banana Crumble to create a harmonious symphony of flavours. Given Chef Tarun’s Collaborative Cuisine approach, the 10-course menu for the pop-up will be a mix of Coastal Goa infused with North India on a plate. The dishes will be served with contemporary flair, and Delhi’s discerning diners are bound to lap it up.
