The Imperial New Delhi has launched a brand new patisserie, which is ready to tempt the inveterate sweet tooth with its enviable range of fresh bakes and goodies.

The moment you step in through the Art Deco corridor at The Imperial New Delhi this season, the aroma of fresh bakes lets you know that you are in for a delicious treat. The Imperial Patisserie is now open in a quaint corner at the lobby level of the iconic hotel, offering a parade of exceptional cakes with exquisite finishing and amazing flavour combinations.
Featuring a burst of flavours with seamless layers crafted by pastry chef Rajesh Gupta, the signature cakes at the newly-launched patisserie include a selection of some of the classics, including Chocolate & Apricot and Hazelnut & Praline for chocolate enthusiasts. Decadent textures and artistic designs are crafted to precision and reign supreme with bespoke cakes like The Imperial Arch, Carrot & Pineapple Cake, Banana & Caramel, and other mouthwatering flavours. The guests can also savour some unexpected creamy-savoury concoctions at The Atrium, which beckons one to celebrate the experience.

For Christmas this year, the patisserie offers a range of exquisite dry cakes, exclusive to The Imperial in their making and flavours. Bishop Nut to Gingerbread, Rum and Raisin, to Banana and Pecan Nut offer a multitude of blends, crafted to impress. Linzer cookies, Lamington bars, Chocolate and Apricot Hearts with Horse-shoe chocolate dipped cookies complete the festive experience.
