With the launch of an e-store, The Cocktail Story has positioned itself as a holistic marketplace in the alco-bev space
The Cocktail Story, India’s first digital platform dedicated to building an ecosystem of alco-bev brands and spirit enthusiasts, has launched a D2C e-commerce platform dedicated to everything beverages and spirits for drink enthusiasts in India. Consisting of various brands, the e-commerce platform is a marketplace that offers alco-bev products, allowing patrons to order from the website and curate their own cocktail-making experience at home. Note that the site does not sell any alcohol.
A first in its category, The Cocktail Story has evolved from a buzzing online community to a marketplace that helps consumers choose the right ingredients, mixers, recipes, bar tools and more. Products listed on the website will be available pan India and with the simple click of a button, you can sit at home and order in your mixers and more.

The platform has top brands featured under various categories like Drink Mixers (soda, tonic water, etc), Beverages (coffee, tea, kombucha, etc), Zero Proof Drinks (non-alcoholic beer and spirits), Syrups and Bitters, Barware & Accessories and so on. The Cocktail Story was launched in 2018 to promote cocktail culture in India and highlight bartenders, especially women bartenders, and provide updates of local and international brand products related to the alco-bev space. The Cocktail Story also exclusively covers, hosts, and curates cocktail competitions, guest shifts, bar fraternity experiences and award ceremonies. “We are hoping for things to get better as COVID-19 has adversely affected the food and beverage industry. It is heartbreaking to see what the Indian bar industry has to go through, but we know better days will come. Also, we can’t wait to get back to doing what we love the most!” said Vidhi.
