Situated in a five-room luxury boutique hotel in one of Jaipur’s oldest bazaars, this classy bar is lit up with candles and lamps to lend that soft, warm ambience. For instance, Nazariya, which is a Negroni but made with watermelon. The Pickler’s Prescription is gin, dry vermouth, and pickled apricots. It’s all about focusing on the drinks here — the food menu is limited to just six dishes. They even have zero proof cocktails. There are a few bar takeovers lined up for the next few months.
