Feliz offers up a menu curated by Chef Vidhya Gawas that includes authentic Goan home-cooked delicacies as well as gourmet dishes.
With restrictions easing up a bit, and people venturing out, albeit carefully, it’s a great time for new openings. DoubleTree by Hilton Goa-Panaji, has relaunched its signature restaurant Feliz. Open for lunch and dinner, the menu is an exhibition of the rich culinary culture of Goa.
Curated by Chef Vidhya Gawas, a master of Goan home-style delicacies, the offerings at Feliz include a blend of authentic Goan cuisine as well as gourmet dishes, including specials which pay a tribute to the state’s rich heritage.
Chef Vidhya Gawas said about the relaunch: “I have always been passionate about creating dishes which reflects my love and the culture I am proud of. Therefore, it is a great honour to be associated with an international brand such as the DoubleTree by Hilton, with whom I share my vision of authenticity and provide signature experience to the guests.”
Shiv Bose, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Goa-Panaji, said: “The resort has always believed in providing value-based experience to the guests who leave with nothing but fine memories. This helped us to innovate not only with our property but also with the F&B which acts as a core catalyst in customer experience. Hence, with our reinvention, we plan to elevate the customer needs and create a niche for authentic Goan delicacies to promote the local culture and cuisine.”
