Armani Hotels & Resorts is all set to make a stylish entrance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the brand’s signature hotel in Diriyah. Taking a cue from the properties in Dubai and Milan in terms of design and outlook, Armani Hotel Diriyah will be managed by Emaar Hospitality Group.

According to Giorgio Armani, “This is a pioneering project that was borne from rediscovering Saudi Arabia’s roots: A dialogue between history and the present that I find very fascinating. Armani Hotel Diriyah allows me to interpret my idea of lifestyle and hospitality in a particularly subtle and embracing way. After celebrating the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Armani Hotels in Milan and Dubai, I am ready to take on this exciting new challenge. I am inspired by this initiative and delighted to be part of a project of such wide geographical and cultural scope.”

The brand’s third property globally, Armani Hotel Diriyah will feature two restaurants, a spa, swimming pool, and 70 tastefully-designed rooms, including suites with their own spa, guaranteeing a wide range of wellness, hospitality, and rejuvenation experiences. The hotel is connected to 18 exclusive self-contained, ultra-luxury Armani Branded Residences with spacious interiors, outdoor pools, and landscaped terraces and rooftops.

The 300-year-old site of Diriyah is a 15-minute drive from Riyadh. Home to At-Turaif and Wadi Hanifah, the history city will showcase Saudi Arabia’s years of authentic culture and history by delivering one-of-a-kind experiences. Upon completion, Diriyah will comprise 13 districts featuring museums, cultural institutions, fine dining, residences, hospitality offerings, office space, retail, and an array of outdoor attractions. The development, a group project of Armani Hotels & Resorts and the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, is a key driver of the Kingdom’s Saudi Vision 2030.
