AiSpi’s latest trunk show at Olive Qutab was all the rage in the capital for its boutique brands and their coolest collections taking one through Europe.
With its 10th exclusive trunk show, AiSpi treated fashionistas in Delhi with some fashion inspiration and a journey through Europe’s most popular destinations. A unique platform for one-of-a-kind European designers and boutiques, the luxury e-commerce brand hosted its first on-ground pop-up post the lockdown at the Serai cocktail bar at Olive Qutab from April 3-5.
Hand-picking the finest stories in couture, fashion, and accessories, Aisha Saraf Kothari treated her fashion-conscious buyers to some of Europe’s best-kept secrets. AiSpi put together a stunning preview of the much-awaited Spring/Summer collections of a carefully curated list of boutique brands. Stunningly beautiful, edgy and a statement in luxury, the collections on display took inspiration from various European destinations and are perfect for airport looks and resortwear OOTDs.
The restaurant resembling a clothing store, neatly organised racks stacked with latest designer outfits, tables featuring a range of accessories — the trunk show this time had an underlying theme of ‘Glamorous Summer’ for a reason. The 16 brands shiwcased in AiSPi’s show included the globally renowned Rosantica, L’alingi, VANINA, and CeliaB, among others.
Take a trip to London with L’alingi’s crystal-encrusted bags. Rosantica’s jewellery and bags stay endowed in their richness and sharpness in their cuts and silhouettes, mirroring the icnoic Milan style. Wear CeliaB’s Spanish couture to a fine evening at Marbella. AiSpi’s pop-up was all about daydreaming of flying to European in the most stylish way possible.
“We bring back brands that have already had resonance with the Indian fashion seeker, besides many fresh new stories that are truly European and stunningly chic,” said Kothari.
For this series, Kothari especially collaborated with two designers who totally complemented each other. Alexia Hentsch, is a Brazilian British designer, who’s designed for the Rio carnival and did bodysuits for AiSpi’s pop-up. Akshi Joganii, a Belgian designer, is a creator of beautiful ruffle skirts. AiSPi combined the bodysuits and the ruffle skirt, making it the perfect airport look for your next travel.
