Ingredients
- 60 ml Bombay Sapphire
- 15 ml acacia honey
- 10 ml fresh lime juice
- 7-8 pieces fresh basil leaf
Method
- In a shaker combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
- Pour it into a glass and garnish with some fresh basil sprigs.

- 60 ml Gordon’s gin

- 90 ml tonic water

- 1/2 oz juniper syrup
- 11/2 oz fresh tangerine juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white, room temperature (preferably organic)
- 2 oz sparkling water

Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml elderflower syrup
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 90 or 120 ml soda or tonic water, to top up
Method
- Shaken and strained.
- Garnish with burnt rosemary along with some edible flowers

Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 4-5 slices of cucumber
- 6-7 muddled basil leaves
- 15 ml sweet & sour syrup
Method
- In a shaker, combine all the ingredients together and mix well until combined.
- Pour it into a glass and top up with soda & Sprite.

Ingredients
- 22 ml homemade Champagne syrup
- 60 ml Bombay sapphire
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
