Succulent pieces of turkey are marinated in exotic spices and crafted beautifully into a kathi roll.

Ingredients
- 1 kg turkey breast
- 1 kg onion
- 200 gm tomato
- 400 gm capsicum green
- 500 gm red/yellow bell peppers
- 1 ltr refined oil
- 100 gm desi ghee
- 50 gm garlic, peeled
- 60 gm fresh coriander
- 30 gm chilli powder
- 20 gm turmeric powder
- 40 gm green chillies
- 40 gm ginger
- 10 roomali rotis
- 10 whole eggs
Method
- Marinate the turkey breast with ginger garlic paste and deggi mirch powder.
- Season it and cook it in a tandoor.
- Slice the turkey breast and toss it with juliennes of onion, tomato, capsicum, and bell peppers.
- Add chopped coriander and check the seasoning.
- Spread cooked whole egg on roomali roti and stuff it with turkey mixture and roll.
- Sear it to get a good golden brown colour.
- Cut into half and serve with mint chutney and lachha onion salad.
