In a recipe shared by Vishesh Shah, Founder of The Little Easy, here are the perfect corn dogs!
Who said monsoon snacks couldn’t include corn dogs? Especially if they’re more than a little easy to make!
The Little Easy is an all-day cocktail bar & cafe themed around the American Prohibition Era. A peephole entry is your first introduction to this bar. On walking in, you’re transported into the world of the mid-1920s with a Steampunk tease. With its modern take on history, this is a perfect hideout for when you want a quick getaway from regular life into the world of adventure.
While corn dogs are an unconventional desire on most days, the American staple is well on its way to gaining popularity amongst the evolving Indian palate. As simple as coating a hot dog of your choice in the right balance of different flours and flavours, it’s the crispy hot bite that satiates the ultimate comfort cravings!
