Inspired by the vibrant cultures of Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Lebanon, Persia and Georgia, comes a new lounge, bar and kitchen at St Regis Mumbai – Sette Mara.
The menu, crafted by the talented Chef Reuben, presents a collection of cuisines and dishes from the Middle East, using ingredients and spices from the region. Ranging from Hummus Beiruti, Garlic Labneh, and Kataifi Prawns to Israeli Cous Cous Risotto, Braised chicken Maqlouba, and Georgian bread, every dish draws on the unique culinary culture of the Middle East, some dishes even prepared on traditional cookware such as Tone, a Georgian stone oven.
Of course, that’s not all, there’s also a multitude of handcrafted cocktails including Oak Barrel Aged Negroni, The Luxury Boulevardier, Sette Mara Aromatic Spritz, Turkish Old Fashioned and Crystal Truffle Negroni, among others.
