Launched by Lalit Kalani, the third-generation successor of a once highly-popular rum brand that lined the shelves of the many canteen stores of the Army, Navy and Air Force units, this new spirit reimagines the way rum should be experienced.

The plan at Rum Paper Rum is to push forward two flavour-bursting varieties. The Indian Spiced Rum, to be retailed in a 750ml version, will bottle up smooth but spiced nuances of oaky notes with a mysteriously dark punch, where every sip can be savoured on the rocks or be poured up into a cocktail to dial up its strong, titillating levels.
While the Coastal White Rum in its 750ml version would conjure distinct, woody and sweet notes with that perfect knock of vanilla. Least to say, it is as eclectic as it is subtle. If you’re wondering, this coastal concoction can be whisked up with cocktails or guzzled up as quick shooters.
“It took us almost 1.5 years to bring Rock Paper Rum to life. The vision was to curate a great liquid with a pointed, no-nonsense personality, quite like the straightforward sugarcane it is made from. We want the younger generation to move from the cheaper segments to a more affordably priced premium rum that is rich in personality and experience,” divulges Kalani.
