Highlights of NRAI’s Cloud Kitchen Convention

NRAI’s convention, which focused on the future of cloud kitchens in India, witnessed active participation from 40+ distinguished speakers and 700+ attendees.

The Mumbai Chapter of National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI), in association with PetPooja, recently played host to India’s biggest Cloud Kitchen Convention.

The event was spearheaded by Mumbai chapter heads Pranav Rungta, Director of Mint Hospitality and Rachel Goenka, Founder & CEO of The Chocolate Spoon Company. Prominent stakeholders from the cloud kitchen space shared cutting-edge insights.

Panel discussions were held on the following topics: Creating a Profitable Cloud Kitchen Business, moderated by Anurag Katriar, Founder & MD of Indigo Hospitality; Roadmap to Raise Money and Scale the Business, moderated by Sagar Daryani, NRAI Vice President and CEO & Co-Founder of Wow! Momo Foods; Role of Technology in Cloud Kitchen Efficiency, moderated by Rahul Singh, CEO & Founder of The Beer Café; Winning Strategies and Possible Pitfalls, moderated by Riyaaz Amlani, CEO & MD of Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality, and Cloud Kitchen Marketing – How to stand out amongst the crowd, moderated by Gauri Devidayal, Co-Founder & Director of Food Matters India.
