There’s no holding back from desserts this season of festivities, especially with the arrival of the new menu launched by Seeds of Life X The Paleoo Bakes.

The festival of lights Diwali is that and a lot more. For starters, for us fine food fanatics, it is a celebratory ticket to landing straight to the get-together table and gorging up on sweet and savoury fare arranged oh so decoratively.
But here’s the thing, instead of drooling on something that spells unhealthy, make way for an excitingly guilt-free collaboration between Seeds of Life and The Paleoo Bakes. Yes, we are talking desserts, healthy desserts!
Unpacking the desserts

The collaborative launch unfurls an exclusive menu imagined by nutritionist Simran Bapu of The Paleoo Bakes, aligned with Seeds of Life’s founder Mohit Bulchandani, both seeking to create a sea of desserts that are vegan and free of sugar and gluten.
Expect to take a wholesome jump into a range of healthy creations that sound rather indulging, from the Belgian Chocolate cake and Tiramisu Opera to Mix Berry Pull Up cake and Pineapple cream cake.
Taking the indulgence a notch up, the two health-conscious brands also serve up the classic sugar-free chocolate chip cookies and Cookie Dough Sundae to make the Diwali moodboard a bit more eclectic than before and change the whole concept of health binging effortlessly.
The newest lineup of healthy desserts will find space at the Bandra and Juhu outposts of Seeds of Life.
