This gourmet burger brand is launching a new initiative called Bun & Chef: Food for a Cause on International Burger Day. With this, the brand will be associating with chefs and entrepreneurs each month who will create a limited edition burgers only available for a limited period. Alongside, 10 per cent of the amount from sales from the campaign will be donated towards the Mission Oxygen Foundation. First up, by Chef Karishma Sakhrani, will be the BBQ Jackfruit and Guac, Bun & Only’s first vegan burger; made with pulled jackfruit in a smoky barbecue sauce topped with rainbow slaw, guacamole and fried shallots.
