60 ml Gin
Fresh strawberry (5-6)
Kaffir lime syrup
Fresh kaffir leaves
5 ml simple syrup
Method
Muddle the ingredients together and shake it up. Serve the cocktail in a gin goblet glass and garnish with strawberry and lime wheel.
Elderflower Spritzer

Ingredients
60 ml Bluepea Infused Bombay Sapphire gin
20 ml lime juice
15 ml Elderflower syrup
Tonic water
Method
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Do not mix the tonic water yet.
Strain the drink into a highball glass with ice and pour in some tonic water and an edible flower.
Grape G&T

Ingredients
60 ml gin
3 Californian Grapes
15 ml lime juice
15 ml Elderflower syrup
30ml Apple juice
Splash of Tonic Water
Mint leaves
Method
In a shaker, begin with muddling the grapes. Break the mint leaves and drop it in along with rest of the ingredients and give it a good shake.
Single strain the cocktail in a tall glass, and add a splash of tonic.
Garnish it with grapes and mint.
Gin Elderflower

Ingredients
Gin 60ml
Elderflower syrup 15ml
Fresh Basil leaves 3-4
Fresh Grapefruits 1 slice
Fresh orange 1 slice
Fresh pomegranate and cucumber
Fresh rose leaves
Tonic water
Smoked star anise
Method
Stir (and not shake) the ingredients together except the tonic water. Serve the cocktail in a Gin Goblet and top up with tonic water.
White blossom

Ingredients
60 ml gin
30 ml elderflower syrup
30 ml fresh lime juice
Top with Soda or Tonic Water (90 /120 ml)
Method
Shake all ingredients together and serve in a glass. Top this up with burnt rosemary along with some edible flowers, and voila White Blossom is ready.
Rosai Cucumas

Ingredients
Bombay sapphire 60ml
Rose water 15ml
Fresh lime juice 10ml
English cucumber 3-4slice muddled
Malaki Tonic water splash
Method
In a cocktail shaker, shake all the ingredients. Pour the drink in a glass and crown it with cucumber peel and rose petals.
Tom Yum Tun

Ingredients
60ml stranger & sons gin
4 lemongrass chunks
2 Galangal
1 Kaffir leaves
30ml Tonic Water
3 Dash Tabasco
15ml Lime Juice
Method
Shake all the ingredients and double strain the drink into a glass. And Tom Yum Tun is ready to be sipped!
