2 quick sandwich recipes for a perfect breakfast

A sandwich from Freshmenu is the ultimate meal at any time of the day. But how easy or hard are they to recreate at home?

Who doesn’t love a good old easy sandwich? If popular legends are to be believed, then sandwiches simply came to be because of one lazy and privileged man’s need to continue gambling the night away.

But nobody’s complaining today, what with the versatility of the dish. From plain bread to baguettes to bagels as used in this recipe, a sandwich can now mean literally anything placed between two pieces of bread. Customized just the way you like it, of course! It’s quick, it’s portable, and it’s just too comforting a food to refuse.

Curated by Chef Tilak Sundar Vel, Chief Culinary Officer at Freshmenu, these are two sandwiches that’ll end up on your top 5 foods list. And that’s simply because of how easy it all is! All you need is some seasoned chicken, some prepped veggies, and a nice toasty bagel to bring it all together.

Since these recipes call for a bagel over whatever traditional sandwich bread might be in your region, they’re sometimes known as bagelwiches too. Be that as it may, they’re definitely going to be hard to resist once built.
