The 100-year-old Crown Building on 57th Street overlooks Central Park, presiding over the centre of Manhattan. The iconic landmark has recently undergone a complete transformation, restored to its original splendour. Add to it the spirit of Aman that the luxury hospitality brand’s New York hotel is soon bringing to it. Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, Aman New York is all set to breathe a new life to the building, while paying homage to its striking architecture and significant history. The 83-key hotel will come with Asian-Scandanavian minimalist sensibilities paired with a hint of the dazzling city’s energy. It will also feature a jazz club, a 7,000-square-feet outdoor dining space, private members club, three-floor spa, and wine room.

Conrad Rabat Arzana, Morocco

Featuring 120 spacious guest rooms, Conrad Rabat Arzana will offer spectacular ocean views from its elevated waterfront location, overlooking a tranquil lagoon and beach on Morocco’s Atlantic Coast. Located near Rabat’s town center, the luxe property will feature two all-day dining restaurants alongside an elaborate lobby and pool bars, a state-of-the-art spa and salon as well as over 600-square-metres of events space, comprising a grand ballroom and four meeting rooms.

The leading wellness hospitality group Six Senses is all set to launch its first property in Rome, following their grand openings in London and Ibiza. Designed by renowned architect and designer Patricia Urquiola, Six Senses Rome opening at the famous Piazza di San Marcello will have a particular emphasis on holistic wellness, community involvement, and sustainable design. The quiet and colourful oasis is named after the 16th-century titular church layered on 4th-century foundations. Highlights include 95 rooms and suites, a spa, restaurant, outdoor courtyard garden, and a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the city.

With 125 rooms and suites, and 85 residences, the first property of the brand in London will have a collection of 11 restaurants and bars, turning the historic landmark into an epicurean centre. Raffles London at The OWO will also feature an immersive spa with a 20-metre indoor pool and separate vitality pool, and a 620 seated-capacity grand ballroom, making it an ideal pick in the city.

Soho House will soon launch its 34-key retreat set over three floors in West Hollywood, located near the buzzing Sunset Boulevard Club. A courtyard bar, House Studio space, Club Lounge, and a fresh new restaurant concept alongside rooftop views of The Hollywood Hills and Downtown LA, will make it an ideal pick in the region. The soon-to-launch Mandarin Oriental development has three imposing stand-alone towers in the exclusive Etiler residential area of Istanbul. One of the towers will house Mandarin Oriental Etiler Hotel with 158 guest-rooms, suites, and 16 serviced apartments. The remaining two towers will feature 251 luxurious Residences at Mandarin Oriental. The hotel will have three restaurants and bars, an award-winning spa, and a selection of adaptable meeting spaces with outdoor areas and terraces.
