Vikas Khanna

Born and raised in Punjab, Vikas Khanna worked very had and opened his Indian restaurant, Junoon, in New York, which won a Michelin star in just a year and continued to win for the next 6 years. 

Atul Kochhar

He won a Michelin star for his London restaurant Tamarind and went on to win another one for his Benaras, a restaurant in an upscale London district. 

Garima Arora

The first Indian woman to win a Michelin star, Garima Arora won the star for her restaurant in Bangkok, Gaa. 

Sriram Aylur

Aylur has made the South-West coastal Indian cuisine into a global phenomenon. His restaurant The Quilon in London has won a Michelin star and retained it for a record 14 years - a feat in itself.

Srijith Gopinathan

After holding a Michelin star for 8 years at the Taj Campton in California, Gopinathan won the coveted two-star accolade, a true recognition of his talent that has defined a California-Indian taste palate.

Alfred Prasad
