Muscovado Sugar or Brown Sugar Tapioca Flour  Water Tea of your choice Milk Condensed Milk  Ice cubes

Ingredients

Boil 1/3rd cup of water. To that, add one quarter of a cup of muscovado sugar or brown sugar. Let it boil on medium flame.

Step 1

To the boiling mixture, start by adding three fourth of a cup of tapioca flour in small batches. Keep stirring to get a sticky dough. Let the dough rest for a few minutes.

Step 4

In a pan, heat one cup of water. Add a cup of muscovado sugar or brown sugar and let it reduce a little. To this brown sugar syrup, add the boiled tapioca balls/ boba.

Step 5

Allow the tapioca balls/ boba to sit in the sugar syrup for an hour.

Step 6

Prepare any black tea of your choice. On the side, to a small cup of milk, add two teaspoons of condensed milk and blend them.
